Founded by a Georgetown MBA and former finance executive who has been on both sides of the interview table, All Rise exists to give lawyers the kind of honest, no-pressure guidance that's rare in this industry. We're straight shooters. We work at your pace. And if the right move is staying put, we'll tell you that too.

Job searching is fun, ain't it? Trust me, I get it. My career has been a series of twists and turns: from trading desks to startup CFO roles to HR and everything in between. I've been on both sides of the interview table more times than I can count, and I know firsthand that careers today don't follow a straight line. That's not a bug, it's a feature.
After nearly two decades in finance and operations, I found what I actually wanted to do: help other people find positions they're genuinely excited about and can thrive in. I've spent the last six years placing associates at Am Law firms across the country. I'm proud of those placements but what I'm more proud of is the calls I get afterward from people who say they love where they landed.
When I'm not recruiting, I'm chasing my toddler boys around the house and trying to keep the carnage to a minimum.
